    Junior Traffic Manager

    This position reports to the Traffic Manager.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Planning, coordinating, workflow management and responsible for on time delivery of projects in the Marketing department.
    • Interfacing between marketing and the rest of the business to ensure marketing requests and assets are deployed quickly and according to scope.
    • Point of contact to receive and process requests, briefs and work requests into the Marketing Team.
    • Provide ongoing support to manage urgent and priority tasks, deadlines statuses and challenges.
    • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of all incoming briefs.
    • The scheduling of daily newsletters, paid advertising, commercial projects, DD, Merchant Priorities, Promos, Coms and Social Media in the studio and across the team.
    • Managing projects and assigning tasks to resources and problem-solving any resource or scheduling conflicts.  
    • Design studio resource capacity planning and reporting.
    • Ensure that the Marketing Calendar is aligned and updated daily with Promo Team and Retail Marketing Channel Managers and Commercial teams and updated and communicated daily.
    • Support Traffic Manager with the planning and management of key operational projects.
    • Work closely with the Traffic Manager to improve existing systems and processes that foster better collaboration, communication, innovation and improved output on an ongoing basis.

    Attributes required:

    • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, and a well-structured thought process.
    • Have the ability multitask, organize and collaborate with various stakeholders
    • Very strong interpersonal skills and experience of marshaling cross-departmental resources towards daily goals and objectives.
    • Good numerical and analytical skills – adept at creating formulae, graphs etc.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Excel experience essential.
    • Thrive in and encourage collaborative work environments while not hesitating to own, define, and deliver on complex and ambiguous tasks, projects.
    • Present impeccable time-management skills, an eye for detail and problem solving capabilities

     Qualifications and Experience:

    • 3-4 years of experience in a traffic role for a medium-large sized marketing creative team
    • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in a Marketing and/or Business related field
    • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the following skill sets: time, resource and traffic management within a creative environment
