Junior Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team in Agile methodology and practices.
• Assist the product owner and development team in prioritising the backlog and conducting review sessions.
• Provide support and education to the product owner.
• Guide the scrum and development teams towards self-organisation.
• Identify and remove impediments, coaching the team on resolving obstacles.
• Foster higher levels of scrum maturity within the team.
• Address conflicts and issues promptly.
• Facilitate Sprint ceremonies: daily standups, retrospectives, reviews, and planning sessions.
• Send out timely reports for the sprint

Junior Scrum Master Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience on a scrum team.
• Project coordination experience is advantageous.
• Scrum certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in addressing gaps in the scrum process.
• Experience with Agile techniques, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of SAFe is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Adaptability to changing and fast paced environments.
