Junior Quality Engineer at Watershed Consulting

Overview: Recently qualified Mechanical or Aeronautical engineer who wants to pursue a quality career required to assist the Quality Manager in a highly technical and precision manufacturing environment.

Duties:

• Work alongside production engineers in the organisation on establishing and maintaining processes and procedures
• Assist the Quality Control Manager in quality process management
• Assist in tool register management
• Assist the Quality Control Manager in ad-hoc internal audits and quality management duties

Requirements:

• Recently qualified degreed Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineer
• Interest in quality systems
• Experience with hands-on projects
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-driven and proactive in the workplace
• Ability to work with production staff and senior management
• Preference to engineers residing in the southern areas of Johannesburg and Gauteng
