What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within your portfolio, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, driving leasing initiatives to maintain optimal occupancy rates, and enhancing client retention through strong relationship management.
• You’ll also play a key role in fostering a vibrant community within the business parks, organizing events and networking opportunities.
• Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with financial teams to monitor budgets, optimise financial performance, and lead a team of Community Managers, ensuring operational excellence across the board.

• You will be between different locations mainly central (Cape Town CBD and Paarden Eiland).  It’s a fast paced company (and role) and the environment can also be described as very much entrepreneurial and profit focused, you’ll need to fit in well in an entrepreneurial / start up type environment that is agile.

What you’ll need

• To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a South African citizen willing to work onsite at various business parks within your dedicated area.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role, particularly within the property (commercial) or real estate sector, is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in real estate or property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are key, as is the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• You’ll need to have at least a matric certificate, minimum 2 years relevant experience and be MS office proficient. Having your own reliable car and valid driver’s license is essential.
