Minimum Requirements:

• A Multi-Disciplinary Draughting certificate or diploma is required.

• Relevant tertiary degree or studying toward a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Previous work experience in either the Trackless mining or automotive sector is preferred.

Essential:

• + 3 years’ experience in both 2D and 3D CAD (Inventor) design.
• Autodesk Suite,
• Microsoft Office Suite,
• Creating 2D drawings and schematics.
• Designing 3D components, panels, brackets, and panel assemblies proficiently.
• Ability to review and enhance designs, drawings, and components.
• Proficiency in understanding electrical harnessing.
• A solid comprehension of both AC and DC electrical circuits.
• A strong understanding of hydraulic circuits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate General Arrangements (GAs), exploded views, and schematics.
• Design panels according to engineers' specifications.
• Create technical and fabrication drawings.
• Model electrical wiring and harnesses for machinery.
• Follow ISO standards and drawing office protocols diligently.
• Engage in the change management process as required.
• Utilize ERP system for Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and audits.
• Draft components for backward compatibility.
