    Junior Digital Ads Specialist

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
    • Google Certified.
    • Meta/Facebook Certified.
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Proficiency in digital advertising tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Polar Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
    • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights on target audiences, market trends, and competitors to enhance ad targeting and campaign performance.
    • Support the creation of compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals that align with the brand's messaging and drive user engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with the Digital Ads team to implement A/B testing strategies, optimizing ad variations, landing pages, and targeting parameters for better performance.
    • Stay informed about the latest digital advertising trends, ad formats, targeting options, and algorithm updates, contributing innovative ideas to improve campaign results.
    • Assist in managing and optimizing ad budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.
    • Work closely with team members, including graphic designers and content creators, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets for campaigns.
    • Learn and use digital advertising and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager, for reporting and optimization.
    • Support other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a positive attitude.
