Junior Clerk - GWK Mechanisation Operations, Prieska at VKB Group

Job Description

Responsible for providing general administrative support regarding the Workshop and Parts divisions. Responsible for all administrative controls in Mechanisation.

Requirements

• The suitable candidate must have a Gr 12 senior certificate;
• The suitable candidate must have 2-4 years of relevant experience;
• The suitable candidate must be in possession of a valid Code B driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely feedback for possible solutions;
• Compilation of daily / weekly reports of direct orders;
• Make sure that payments are confirmed with Cashbook Clerk before goods are delivered;
• Check outstanding claims weekly;
• Perform weekly checks on hand documents, credit notes and spending authorizations;
• Check cash sales and cash on a daily basis;
• Monitor overtime, service contracts and log records weekly;
• Recon fuel vs. kilometers;
• Opening worksheets, checking parts invoiced on worksheets and closing of worksheets;
• Compile weekly outstanding worksheets and completed worksheets report;
• Ensure compliance with systems, processes and controls.
