• National Renal Care has grown and evolved into the leading total kidney disease management organisation that provides person-centered health and care, which is digitally enabled, and data driven. National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of an IT Technical Manager.
• Responsible for the overall management and control of enterprise-wide systems, projects and resources to ensure that all technical landscape and other servers, switches, cloud applications and network equipment of the company is updated and running effectively and efficiently. 

Requirements
Technical Expertise 

• In depth understanding of NRC’s business processes, including but not limited to finance, project management, service departments and national businesses
• Advanced Firewall Management Skills

• Understanding of Business Applications, Communications and Systems
• Network and Server Security protocol to be updated at all time

Project Management

• Establish key performance indicators
• Manage all IT technical related projects and tasks
• Manage vendors, 3rd party support staff and project teams
• Project Management process and documentation 

Communication & Collaboration

• A collaborative working relationship with the Business, Enterprise Architects, and ICT Technical team
• Liaise and co-ordinate with the internal as well as external teams and projects to ensure adherence to various requirements and specifications
• Liaise with external service providers and Business Partners
• Ability to present and represent the Business Systems function at IT Management meetings

Operational

• Monitor performance of infrastructure health state against expected delivery targets to identify areas for improvement
• Forward planning and effective coordination and monitoring of system operating functions to ensure optimal IT service continuity, capacity, and availability
• Manage synergy between technical requirements and IT Operations
• Create and support IT Technical designs for larger and more complicated systems integration/expansion projects
• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs
• Development and execution of an enterprise‐wide technical roadmap
• Define Business Systems standards, policies, procedures, metrics, and work instructions
• Provide input to department budgets and forecasts.
• Review technical landscape and infrastructure designs created by external partners for conformance and appropriate design choices.
• Create implementation plan and documentation to be followed by end users and systems support staff
• Research and evaluate third party software and new technologies to aid efficiency and improve quality.

Documentation

• Ensure standards are documented, updated, and maintained
• Ensure inventory of all software licenses are managed, including related SLA agreements

Formal Qualification Required
