• Management of Middle Tier system and Buildplace for ERP
• 2nd and 3rd level support escalation and communication to resolution
• Licensing management for applications and databases
• API Integration and Mobility solutions
• Training and documentation management
• Contract Management and Reporting
• Scripting and user account management
• Building and maintaining local knowledgebase

QUALIFICATION

• Relevant Degree or 3-year IT Diploma
• ITIL certification
• Intermediate Excel skills
• ERP experience or certifications (Advantage)
• Business Analysis Certification (Advantage)
• Project Management Certification (Advantage)
• Primavera/Project software support experience (Advantage)

 EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• ERP Service Desk Support
• Maintaining print and email services via ERP/Business applications
• Role profile and license management
• Database support
• Multisite support
• Training and induction of staff
• ERP support and order processing
• ERP module implementation
