    Internal Sales Campaign Specialist - Parktown

    Job Advert Summary    

    To be responsible for supporting the sales area by managing campaigns and the growth thereof.  Therefore, the successful campaign specialist will develop and execute an integrated plan that addresses capacity and planning for the sales area. This person will also fulfil the role of coaching consultants on systems. We are looking for a person that we can trust with autonomy with ownership to achieve objectives set out for them.

    Minimum Requirements    

    Education:

    • Relevant post graduate tertiary qualification

    Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years direct sales experience within the Financial Services – Short Term Insurance

    • Operational Management 
    • Coping with pressure and setbacks

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Based on a received campaign proposal/instruction, assess the campaign requirements received from relevant business area to understand the impact and feasibility of new campaigns.
    • Determine campaign structure (e.g. e-mail elements, sms), budget availability, capacity (e.g. Contact Centre capacity, digital channels capacity), systems support, by liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure successful campaign implementation.
    • Ensure stakeholder approval for campaign go-ahead by obtaining relevant sign off in order to proceed with implementation.
    • Ensure that campaigns/pipelines are manged on a hourly, day-to-day basis.
    • Ensure that campaigns/pipelines are up to date and deals are moved timelessly.
    • Planning and driving the implementation of campaigns that drive business growth.
    • Conceptualise and managing campaigns through effective targeting and renaturing.
    • Provide daily, weekly, monthly updated on leads. 
    • Checking quotes and discounting quotes daily.
    • Continuous monitoring of campaign effectiveness.
    • Actively engage with internal stakeholders.
    • Optimising campaigns and sett campaign objectives.
    • Tracking CRM (Hubspot) activity to ensure optimal leads volumes are delivered and worked.
    • Reporting effectively, in-depth, and accurately on campaign performance

    Risk and Control Objective 

    • Allocate duties to team members in order to achieve operational targets, including prioritization and staff scheduling. 
    • Based on gaps identified, motivate requests to have additional resources
