Internal Communications Officer at Ivanhoe Mines

You will have the following:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design / Communication or similar
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Design Suite
• 2 years in Graphic Design / Communications Role
• On-site experience in the mining environment is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in business English is mandatory and French is advantageous

You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:

• Budget Management
• Project Management
• Computer literacy for role - MS Office Software
• Social media
• DRC legislation
• Kamoa strategic imperatives and values
• Kamoa business structures and processes
• Internal Communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication initiatives
• Influence Kamoa’s internal culture via customised, intentional Communication campaigns
• Function as a Communications subject matter expert
• Manage relationships with stakeholders
