    We are Inspired Marketing, a digital B2B marketing agency for tech companies and we are growing. We we are looking for an experienced Director of Paid Advertising/Demand who is a fast thinker,  and a faster runner. Both a strategic mind with hands-on execution and is ready to join a winning team!

     

    The position is based from remote and we offer a flexible work environment that facilitates professional growth and self development.

     

    The Director of Paid Advertising will be responsible for supporting, implementing and executing paid advertising marketing plans for our agency. Able to  create a high-level strategy, own initiatives and follow through with execution.

     

    The right candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience  of tech-marketing experience, that have filled B2B digital marketing (or B2B growth marketing) roles in startup companies (or tech companies with small marketing teams)

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and project manage multiple marketing activities – Digital, inbound and outbound.

    • Develop and execute ABM, demand-generation, paid campaigns and more, to reach inbound and outbound sales-opportunities

    • Work on LinkedIn Sales and social tools, marketing automation solutions, ad channels, and many other tech solutions

    • Work on top-funnel content production (articles, gated content, and others)

    • Build and maintain aggregated funnel reports – tracking data and generating insights from Google Analytics, Social channels, ad channels, marketing automation, and CRM systems.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, working for technology companies

    • Excellent Native English

    • Proven experience in working closely with C level executives and reporting to startup founders / VP marketing

    • Experienced in building and executing B2B growth plans

    • Experience in developing lead generation, inbound, outbound and awareness programs in B2B markets

    • A wonderful combination of a team player who has a customer centric approach

    • Excellent communication and project management skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages with different priorities simultaneously

    • Loves the start-up pace

    The position is entirely remote so the idea candidate has to be self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities independently.
