What You Will Do:

• Optimise Processes: Conduct method and time studies to boost process effectiveness
• Analyse and Improve: Perform loss and waste analysis to enhance efficiency
• Lead Projects: Support, own, and execute focused improvement projects and initiatives
• Solve Problems: Drive and support root cause analysis in operational areas
• Manage Projects: Oversee capital projects from start to finish
• Research and Present: Conduct research, document findings, and present reports at the meeting

What you will need to be considered:

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Sciences or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with a major in Industrial Engineering
• A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies 

Additional Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Any vacation experience or part-time work is valued.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office are essential.
• CAD Proficiency: Experience with CAD is highly advantageous.
• Effective Communicator: Ability to relate to and communicate confidently across various organiational levels.
