RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management across the organisational systems and processes;
• Drive business process improvements planned on the roadmap;
• To engage in problem analysis and resolution;
• Continuous evaluation of current systems and processes to create a unique operational service experience;
• To fulfill a cross-functional role by engaging and facilitating requirements between the Innovation team and internal departments;
• Communications to senior stakeholders;
• Managing end-to-end software product lifecycles ;
• Managing development teams to ensure the world-class quality of work; supporting them technically where required;
• Strong customer-centric focus essential;
• Manage and facilitate the documentation;
• related to the analysis of specific improvement initiatives through engagement with initiative owners;
• Lead testing efforts as required;
• Drive change management in a proactive manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BEng Industrial Engineering;
• BEng Honours in Engineering and Technology Management;
• 2+ years of experience in:
• Agile Project methodologies
• Innovation;
• Product Management;
