The main purpose of the job include overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing client accounts and supporting the branch’s sales and service efforts. By maintaining efficient office workflows and providing reliable administrative support, Your role as a Branch Administrator helps to create a productive environment that enables the team to focus on achieving business goals. 

Minimum Requirements    

•  Matric or equivalent qualification (NQF 4) 
•  Working knowledge of MS Office programs and Syspro
•  Excellent communication and people skills
•  Strong administration skills
•  Organisational skills
•  Excellent follow up skills
•  Attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Preparation of quotations and delivery notes
•  Internal office support 
•  General administration duties
•  General branch assistance
•  Processing of sales orders and invoicing
•  Expediting, maintaining and releasing of orders
•  Manage driver and logistics function
•  Capturing of Service Fitters hours
•  Month end procedures 
•  Ability to work overtime or weekends
•  Maintain office cleanliness
•  Maintain Health and Safety Files
