    Human Capital Associate - Modderfontein

    Job Description    

    • Ensure a timeous recruitment, selection and placement process of positions plant level.
    • Ensure salary input is correctly processed monthly and assist line resolving queries.
    • Support line management in developing new job profiles.
    • Ensure all job profiles for the area of responsibility are updated and kept centrally.
    • Ensure sound employee relations through engagement with employees, line management and shop stewards.
    • Support line management with performance management and talent retention strategies.
    • Ensure adherence of line management to human capital set deadlines for various reports.
    • Ensure alignment of remuneration to AECI salary structures; and other terms and conditions to legislative requirements
    • Ensure BBBEE and transformation objectives are met.
    • Support AECI with Human Capital Programme implementations.
    • Assist with the administration of annual increases and bonuses.
    • Provide generic human capital services and support to area of responsibility.
    • Ensure HC data integrity of area of responsibility.
    • Provide standard monthly management reports on human capital.
    • Comply with governance & compliance policies and procedures.
    • Comply with Safety, Health & Environment standards.

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Grade 12.
    • HR Diploma or Degree or NQF equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years related HC experience.
    • Knowledge of HC policies, procedures and systems.
    • Knowledge of talent and recruitment management.
    • Knowledge of performance management principles and procedures.
    • Understanding of regulations and legislation related to area of work.
    • Knowledge of HC administration processes.
    • Knowledge of HC systems preferable.
    • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
