HSSE Manager at Pragma Global

Minimum Requirements

• A Diploma in Safety Management
• 5-7 years HSSE management experience
• Safety Management system implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of HSSE legislature
• Leadership in Risk Assessment and Safety Management

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement and Control Safety management system
• Liaise with Client and Contractors on Safe systems of work
• Design training plan and keep training material relevant and up to date
• Verify HSSE logged events and follow up actions
• Create Safety communication to be shared with all stakeholders
• Adhere to comply to Legislation
• Conduct audits on safety system and create actions to close off Non Compliance
• Design and Implement Activities for Safety Week
• Design and present accurate monthly reports including leading and lagging indicators
