Job Description
3 Years minimum experience in a Human Resource Management role Knowledge of the Industry, and HRIS expert knowledge is a must Bachelor’s Human Resources degree or equivalent Administration HR Reporting HR System’s Support Expertise knowledge of HRIS systems in SAP and SAGE Computer literacy in MS Office packages Strong people and communication skills Strong Planning and organizational skills Problem analysis and solving skills Ability to build effective partnerships Ability to work independently Maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders Highly motivated and results orientated Pro-active Integrity Innovative Strategic and critical thinking Decisive Team Player
