    HR Practitioner Performance Management

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Implement the Performance Management System for all Western Chrome Mine employees and oversee the coordination of the Human Resources Development department.

    SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY

    • Comply with all SHEQ requirements
    • Participate and comply with SHEQ requirements (IMS)

    CUSTOMERS

    • Interact with customers and familiarize yourself with operational concerns and any inherent peculiarities
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Liaise with HR suppliers

    BUSINESS PROCESSES

    Education, Training, and Development

    • Implement Organisational Development initiatives as required
    • Analyze and report Training and Development statistics/metrics for the site
    • Implement Literacy Training (AET Programme)
    • Coordinate and implement targeted development programmes (e.g., SDP, MDP, JMP, LDP)
    • Design, compile, and facilitate the implementation of orientation programmes
    • Compile and monitor the talent pool, succession plans, and mentor/mentee agreements

    Performance Management

    • Monitor the Performance Tracker for D and E Level employees
    • Implement performance system for all employees

    Bursary and Graduate Development Programme

    • Coordinate the Graduate Development Programme
    • Coordinate vacation work and in-service training
    • Coordinate the Graduate Mentorship Scheme

    Job Profiles

    • Implement and coordinate the Job Profiles for the business unit

    General

    • Compile the monthly and annual HR reports for internal and external customers
    • Assist with SLP and BBBEE monthly and annual reporting
    • Coordinate the EE/SD committee meetings

    Requirements

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Grade 12
    • Higher Certificate (NQF 5) or National Diploma (NQF 6) or Relevant HR Degree or Diploma
    • 5 years’ relevant experience, including preferably 2 years’ supervisory experience within the HR field
