    HR Operations Associate

    HR Operations and Service Delivery

    • Provide reliable, accurate and timely administrative support for the rest of HR and Business including:
    • Manage and process HR transactions – Employee Life-cycle – Hire to Retire (e.g. KC1, KC2, KC3, KC5)
    • Produce outputs (e.g., standard letters LOAs, letters for Promo/Transfers, changes in terms/conditions)
    • Resolution of data integrity issues associated with payroll in the absence of an EC interface flows within the BU
    • Maintain employee data in an accurate and timely manner – myHR/Kronos
    • Work as an integral part in the BU HR Operations team projects deliverables
    • Accountable for handling all accounts queries through the agreed SLAs and identified channels
    • Execute predefined GCS Key controls on a Periodic, Monthly, Quarterly or Annual basis
    • Provide employment verification
    • Process employer certificates/VISA Letters

    Employee Services

    • Centralized E-filing Administration. Maintain personnel files (e.g. maintain required paper and electronic records for current employee personnel, provide for transfer of records, for example for retirements or transfers)
    • Employee documents verification and authentication
    • Pre-onboarding all new hires
    • Administration of leave queries
    • Administering disciplinary letters
    • Employee exit management

    Talent Acquisition

    • Coordinate preboarding & onboarding support for locations (including offer letter, contract preparation, etc.)
    • Support TA admin

    Total Reward

    • Offer generation and use of total rewards tools
    • Benefits Tier 1 Query handling

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 0-2 Years working experience in a FMCG environment or similar role
    • Attention to detail key to success in role
    • Excel knowledge
    • Ability and knowledge for effectively interacting with business Users, middle- and senior managers and other stakeholders
    • Ideally experience in a HR System (preferably employee central)
    • Ideally ERP Systems i.e SAP, SAP Success Factors, SAP Mini-Master, Kronos and Laserfische
