    HR Admin Controller - Sedibeng

    Key responsibilities:

    • End to end administration of the PRP attendance system.
    • Ensure accuracy of the data on the PRP suite before exporting to Payspace for payroll payments.
    • Compile and distribute accurate and timeous monthly overtime provision, leave and attendance reports.
    • Process invoices for the Supply Chain HR department – ensuring adherence to SLAs
    • Ensure general personnel administration is accurate and captured timeously on the HR administrative system.
    • Compile monthly HR payroll reports 
    • Assist with recruitment, promotions, transfer initiatives.
    • Communicate with and advise employees on HR related practices, policies and procedures.
    • Ad-Hoc administration duties (payroll & benefits)
    • Monitor departmental expenditure against budget and report on variances.
    • Assist with on-boarding of suppliers  ie upload contracts/ SLA for HR
    • Arrange general travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars) 
    • Admin duties including stationery orders, scheduling of meetings, minutes of meetings. 
    • Arrange general travel arrangements for department (flights, hotels, cars) 
    • Assist with logistical arrangements for all union engagements 
    • Assist with Sharepoint HR filing (policies/ procedures)
    • Arrange interviews bookings
    • Assist with recruitment requirements (Interview guides, adverts/, On boarding of new employees, Recruitment portal, psychometrical assessments  )
    • Arrange Corporate Functions training logistical arrangements (venue, attendees, dates) 
    • Assist with HR system(MYHR) queries where needed 
    • Arrange EE forum meetings and minutes thereof 

    Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders that deliver desired results 

    • Build effective relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers to adhere to service level agreements 
    • High level of credibility, trust and respect among stakeholders 
    • Team player
    • Introduce new ideas or improvements work processes to optimize efficiencies and effectiveness.
    • Participate in any People process improvement projects

    Education and Experience: 

    • Relevant formal tertiary- Human Resources Diploma
    • Computer literate in MS Office up to intermediate level.
    • Exposure to T&A systems will be considered advantageous.
    • 2-3 years experience in HR administration.
    • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to garner cooperation from others.
    • Attention to detail is essential.
    • Good interpersonal relationship skills
