Hotel Assistant Inventory at Crew Life at Sea

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of all hotel supplies and amenities
• Monitor and track usage of supplies to ensure proper levels are maintained
• Place orders for supplies as needed and maintain relationships with vendors
• Receive and inspect all deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of inventory data
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss
• Train and supervise other crew members on proper inventory management procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or on a cruise ship is a plus
