    Helpdesk Operator: Risk - Kuilsriver

    • The ideal candidate will answer incoming queries (via phone calls & e-mails) from stores and field management. Communicating effectively and co-ordination to suppliers, to ensure on time, to spec delivery of services, within the prescribed policies and procedures. Render an efficient and effective administration service to the Risk Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a resilient and a good problem solving individual who will deliver people orientated service to the business. The successful candidate will need to have high learning capabilities and be able to work independently with a strong “sense of urgency”.

    Qualifications    
    Essential:

    • Matric (Maths included)
    • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
    • Related experience and training

    Preferred:

    • Diploma

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Management of costs relating Group Risk Opex,.
    • Asset management : management of cost relating to Group Risk Capex.
    • Liaise with suppliers (quotes, order numbers, invoicing etc)
    • Service Desk Management: ensure all calls/queries are resolved
    • Updating of risk profile for stores.
