    What you will be doing:

    • Technical Mastery: Gain hands-on experience with municipal supply systems, step-down transformers, switchgear, RMUs, and distribution boards.
    • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all equipment in our factories meets industry, municipal, and safety regulations by working closely with various teams.
    • Project Collaboration: Be an integral part of cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
    • Project Documentation: Develop scoping documents, technical support documents, and presentations for capital fund requests.
    • Industry Engagement: Collaborate with leading suppliers during project execution to ensure best practices and high standards.
    • Efficiency Improvement: Identify and propose solutions for efficiency issues within our operations.
    • Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports and enhance your technical writing skills. 

    What you will need to be considered:

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor of Sciences or Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Heavy Current Electrical Engineering
    • A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies 

    Additional Requirements:

    • Relevant Experience: Any vacation experience or part-time work is valued.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Effective Communicator: Ability to relate to and communicate confidently across various organisational levels.
    • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work travel between our factories
    • Mobile: Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
    • Report Preparation and Presentation: Communicate your findings and recommendations.
    • Open-mindedness: Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
    • Independent: You can work independently with limited supervision and run projects and tasks on your own.
