    Head, Originations & Acc Management

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To provide a credit risk management function and ensure the implementation of credit risk management processes and systems for allocated portfolio (i.e. VAF Retail/CHNW) within VAF.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Post Graduate Degree in Mathematical Sciences,  Actuarial Sciences or Business Commerce

    Experience Required

    • 8-10 years
    • Personal and Business Banking Credit related experience plus a strong understanding of VAF business principles and practices. 
    • Experience in managing a full end to end credit portfolio and thorough experience in the various stages of the customer credit lifecycle. 
    • Good understanding of IFRS9 standard and Basel capital regulations.
