    Head of sales and Sales Operations

    What you will be doing:

    • Crafting and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
    • Mentoring and leading our sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
    • Streamlining sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
    • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
    • Cultivating key customer and partner relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
    • Championing continuous improvement initiatives to boost sales performance and efficiency.
    • Developing and maintaining sales policies, procedures, and standard processes.

    What we are looking for:

    • Track record of successfully managing and building international high-performance sales teams.
    • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a curiosity about developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate sales professionals and drive high performance.
    • You empower people to surpass themselves via coaching, mentoring, line management and guidance.
    • Effective communication with strong influence skills and the ability to establish trust and respect at all level of the organisaiton.
    • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of performance and development.
    • Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
