Head of Community at Crypto Banter

The role:

• We are on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Community who thrives in fast-paced environments and is deeply ingrained in the cryptocurrency culture.
• Your mission is to ignite and maintain a profitable trading community by crafting strategies that foster interaction, support, and sustained engagement.
• As our Head of Community, you will be responsible for crafting a scalable strategy for community engagement and support, making sure that our students have the best possible experience as they learn about crypto trading.
• You will lead the effort to build a team of community managers and coaches to engage and support our students, as well as set objectives and key results to measure the success of our community initiatives. 
• We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience building communities and managing teams, a passion for crypto trading, and the ability to be a full-stack Head of Community. What you’ll do:

• Develop a Robust Community Engagement Strategy: Craft a strategy for scalable community engagement & for making sure students are supported as they go through the program - "To build an audience, you help people. To build a community, you help people help each other." 
• Drive Active Participation and Trading: Utilize platforms like Discord and Telegram to actively engage with the community, ensuring a high percentage of our students not only start trading but also actively continue trading profitably.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a team of community managers and coaches who are equally passionate about cryptocurrency and skilled in fostering a supportive and engaging community environment.
• Event Management: Organize and energize online community events and workshops that are not only educational but also fun, encouraging active and consistent participation.
• Enhance Community Support: Work closely with the customer support team to swiftly address and resolve community issues, turning potential frustrations into positive community interactions.
• Metrics and Analytics: Establish and track key metrics to measure community engagement and trading activity, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Things we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 3 years in community management with a proven track record in building and sustaining active communities. Experience in cryptocurrency trading is a must.
• Crypto Enthusiast: A true crypto degen, with extensive personal experience in trading and an understanding of the crypto market's nuances.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with community platforms like Discord and Telegram, and skilled in leveraging these tools to maximize community engagement.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English, capable of crafting messages that resonate and motivate a diverse audience.
• Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours, accommodating multiple time zones to engage with a global community.
