JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure that client profiles are identified through the analysis of client behaviour in order to drive actionable client engagements with High Net Worth. To continuously improve the data science capability through the promotion of data driven decision making in response to evolving business requirements. To improve the business decision making ability for Consumer High Net Worth through the use of analytics and the development of appropriate analytical toolsets / platforms. Provide leadership support and talent growth of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualification

• Honours Degree in Mathematical Sciences or IT and Computer Sciences or Finance and Accounting

Preferred other qualifications, certifications or professional memberships

• Degree in STEM, Statistics, Economics and Engineering

Experience

• 7 - 10 years'  experience in machine learning, classical statistics, data management, analytics associated with client behaviour and trends.  
• Exposure to IT architectures and developments.
• Exposure to business consulting.  
• Ability to deal with various stakeholders across a matrix environment and ability to foster good relationships and conflict resolution
