Head - Advisory Services at NTT Ltd.

The Head: Advisory Services will be responsible for the overall success of the Advisory Services division. This includes implementation of the business strategy, driving growth in both service portfolio and client base, creating eminence in the market and managing the team. The portfolio includes information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, penetration testing services and other resilience services.

The specific responsibilities of the role include:

• Definition and implementation of a clear strategy to revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Definition and maintenance of the Advisory Services portfolio, with due application of innovation and thought leadership
• Team leadership and management, including attraction, development and retention of permanent staff base, as well the contractor base
• Ensuring the team has the relevant certifications, qualifications and experience to support success
• Ownership of team profitability
• Driving a positive culture of collaboration and success within the team
• Achievement of Advisory Services revenue, profit and growth targets
• Ownership of all client engagement and delivery within the team
• Successful completion of all Advisory projects, supported by client references where applicable
• Building Dimension Data’s brand in Advisory Services
• Integration of Advisory Services across other Security Practice service lines
• Provision of sales support and enablement to drive pipeline

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Comprehensive industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management
• Knowledge and understanding of the various components of resilience
• Deep experience managing people and teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• The ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to transform the Advisory business
• Extensive knowledge of risk, resilience and information security
• Experience with public speaking and publications
• Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically
• Excellent client service orientation
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
• Ability to facilitate workshops with C-suite level clients

Qualifications and Certifications

• Degree in relevant field
• ISO 27001/2 Lead Implementer, CISA / CISM, CISSP, COBIT 5 and/or CRISC
• MBCI or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• ISO 31000 Lead Implementer

Minimum Experience

• 10 years in resilience and information security consulting field
