Group Marketing Assistant - VKB Agri-Processors, Reitz at VKB Group

Job Description

• Effectively facilitate all the administrative functions in the centralised marketing division within VKB Agri-Processors.

Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF 4
• 3 years' experience within administration/ marketing dealing with orders, capturing invoices and solving complaints.
• Experience within the retail division will serve as recommendation.
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to work on EXCEL on an advanced level.
• Previous experience on MS Navision/ Business Central will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Basic financial recordkeeping and reporting within VKB Framework.
• Continuous liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure good customer service. 
• Preparations on product launches.
• Innovation through new marketing- and product ideas.
• Escalate and resolve customer complaints timeously.
• Ensure that Agri-Processor's policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Attending training interventions as is required from time to time.
• Other job-related administrative functions.
