Fully Qualified Estate Agent - Steyn City, Fourways, Sandton at Pam Golding Properties

Key Responsibilities   

• Receive and deal with leads within a maximum time frame.
• Set up appointments and show potential clients and conclude deals on sales and rentals on daily basis.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements ie Code of Conduct, POPI and FIC as well as internal procedures and processes.
• Deal management and deal tracking of all deals.
• Liaise with external parties including attorneys, architects, project managers etc 
• Deal with all PGP Head Office administration related to PGP admin systems and processes.
• Liaise with developer’s marketing department on marketing projects and initiatives.
• Take part in marketing events and initiatives.
• Do marketing for re-sales through portals and social media etc
• Conduct mandate drives for re-sales.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all existing clients.
• Assist sales projections for the developer based on sales an market trends with principle.
• Assist office administrator and legal department on queries and requests.
• Report to Principle on all matters pertaining to sales and rentals as well as business processes in general.
• Answer queries from the EXCO of the development company as well as the finance and legal departments.
• Assist and support the team and Principle with any ad hoc task or event or request.

• At all times adhere to the Estate Agents Code of Conduct, and represent Pam Golding Properties in a professional and ethical manner.

Education & Experience    

• Five to ten years sales and rental experience in real the estate industry – developments would be a plus;
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate;
• Fully up to date with FICA, CPD and PDE industry requirements;

Knowledge & Skills Required    

• Computer literate, confident, integrity, good working knowledge of all PGP systems and platforms;
