Fleet Controller - JHB South at Adendorff Machinery Mart

Responsibilities:

• Manage fleet maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections
• Monitor fuel consumption, optimize routes, and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Coordinate vehicle acquisitions, disposals, and upgrades
• Analyze fleet performance data to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with drivers and maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of fleet management experience
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in fleet management software
