    Fixed Term-Assistant Accountant

    Minimum Requirements    

    Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • Computer Literate,
    • Proficient in MS Excel/Word,
    • SYSPRO

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Invoicing and Sales cycle
    • Handling of customer queries
    • Requesting of credit notes
    • Liaising with technical advisors
    • Purchasing Cycle
    • Handling of supplier queries
    • AP posting of all invoices from suppliers
    • Stock capturing and processing
    • Stock difference Analysis
    • Preparation of audit documentation
    • Prepayments
    • Transport Recovery Summary
    • Raw Material Contract Reconciliations
    • Comparison with suppliers on raw material contracts
    • Stockt takes for all Maintenance and PPE warehouses
