    Finance and HR Administrator

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed Grade 12.
    • Completed finance or payroll-related certificate advantageous.
    • 3 or more years of finance and HR-related administration experience.
    • MS Office with strong Excel.
    • Previous payroll software experience.
    • Attention to detail and accurate capturing of various information.
    • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (due to location and occasional errand requirements).

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist with financial data capturng, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Support the HR function including accurate record keeping, tracking employee leave, and payroll processing.
    • General administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
