Finance Administrator - Woodmead at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Record invoices received from each department within Head Office on the supplier control sheet.
• Validate invoices according to SARS VAT requirements.
• Capture purchase orders for certain departments.
• Ensure timeous distribution of invoices to Accounts Payable Clerks
• Provide all required copies of invoices to Accounts Receivable Clerk for billing to operating companies
• Filing required in the department
• Respond to queries with regards to invoices from various Cost Centres.
• Upload BEE certificates on the Sage BBBEE system
• Documentation filing and assistance with departmental archiving
• Assist with Head Office related activities as required by management

Qualifications & Experience    

• Minimum: Matric and studying towards a finance qualification
• Advantageous: BCom Accounting degree
• Minimum: 2 plus relevant experience
