Female Butler at Crew Life at Sea

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage
• Escort guests to their cabins and familiarize them with the ship's amenities
• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
• Take care of guests' personal requests and ensure they are met in a timely manner
• Assist with meal service, including setting up and serving meals, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-stocked
• Maintain and organize guest cabins to the highest standards
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and discretion
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow safety and security procedures at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Cruise Director or Captain

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
• Must have a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
