    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspire and lead our multi-disciplinary team of creatives, providing mentorship to nurture their growth and elevate their work to new heights.
    • Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and production, to ensure that our creative endeavors align with business objectives and client needs.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with NESTLÉ stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on creative strategy and execution.
    • Drive innovation and creativity within our agency team, pushing boundaries and delivering work that sets new standards in the market.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, infusing cutting-edge ideas into our creative process to maintain our competitive edge.
    • Oversee the development of integrated campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring that they meet NESTLÉ's exceptional standards and drive tangible business results.

    Creative Product:

    • As the creative guru, you will be the mastermind behind the through-the-line creative output of our agency team. Your experience will be key in crafting top-notch creative solutions and inspiring dynamic ideas that resonate with diverse audiences across various media platforms.

    Client Relationships:

    • Lead your portfolio of brands with a keen understanding of their commercial landscape. Build strong client relationships based on honesty, integrity, and sound creative judgment. Offer valuable recommendations that positively impact our ability to deliver bold and innovative work.

    Team Relationships:

    • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within our team and across partner agencies. Be a proactive problem solver and mentor, nurturing strong partnerships to drive measurable business returns for our clients.

    • Extensive experience as an ECD with 15+ years in agency settings, showcasing exceptional leadership and creative prowess.
    • Proficiency in producing work across different media and platforms, with a strong digital acumen.
    • Ability to craft and deliver outstanding integrated campaigns, presenting and selling ideas effectively to clients.
    • Strong relationship-building skills to operate at a strategic level with clients and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Business and emotional maturity, along with a relentless drive for creative ambition and innovation.
