• Compile tender documentation by coordinating and collecting information to complete the tender submissions.
• Convert client’s tender info/data into the appropriate software and format to ensure comprehensive records for future utilization on site, planning and reference purposes.
• Compile schedules and bulletins to successfully monitor progress of tender milestones and timeously report on potential challenges.

Requirements

• Senior certificate
• 1 year construction environment experience
• Good understanding and application of MS Office Suite
• The ability to work in a stressful deadline driven environment.
