Electronic Production Manager at Network Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that production lines run without any problems and minimum downtime;
• Plan and schedule production tasks and responsibilities
• Assign and track progress of production targets, deliverables and deadlines;
• Ensure that products are manufactured to the Mernok quality of standards; 
• Cost management of products and assisting with new product costings models;
• Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures;
• Daily, weekly & monthly report on production hours; 
• Liaise with suppliers, managers, technical & production staff regarding priorities and deliverables;Assist in implementing a culture of productivity in the workplace; 
• Focus on growing revenue by implementing necessary changes to production line and
• Provide administrative information as required including timesheets, QA records, production reports, project plans and other administrative documentation.

Education and Experience: 

• Technical Qualification in electronics
• 3-5 years in assigning and meeting targets in an electronic production environment
• Willingness to work beyond office hours
