EFT Clerk, Finance Department (Internal only) at Cape Peninsula University of Technology

Job Purpose

• Load EFT's on ABSA for a management approval according to policies and procedures.  Filing of the documentation takes place daily for auditing purposes and the creditors mailing and issued.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A Senior Certificate/Matric with Accounting as a subject
• Two (2) years' relevant experience in creditors or relevant finance experience
• Computer skills (Especially Excel)

Recommendations 

• A National Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies with Accounting as a subject 
• Experience in a higher education environment
• Demonstrable working knowledge of the ITS system

• Process Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT's)
• Process vetting on EFT's

• Clearing of EFT's suspense
