Job Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and organized Ecommerce Photography Studio Assistant to join our creative team. As an integral part of our studio, you will support our photographer and coordinator and ensure the smooth workflow of product photography sessions. Your role will involve preparing products for shoots, assisting the photographer during sessions, and maintaining an efficient studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance During Shoots

• Assist photographer during photoshoots by adjusting lighting, holding reflectors, and making minor changes to the set as needed.
• Ensure that the shoot area remains tidy and organized throughout the session.

Adherence to Safety Guidelines

• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment during photoshoots and while handling equipment.

Product Preparation

• Unpack and inspect incoming products, ensuring they are free from defects and damage.
• Organize and categorize products for efficient access during shoots.
• Prepare products for photography, which may involve steaming, cleaning, or minor assembly.

Photography Support

• Act as a runner between the photographer and the stakeholders, facilitating the smooth exchange of products for photography.
• Handle and move products with care to avoid any damage.
• Assist the photographer with equipment adjustments and product positioning during shoots.

Organization and Inventory

• Maintain a well-organized and tidy studio space.
• Keep track of product inventory, ensuring products are returned to their designated storage area after each shoot.

General Assistance

• Provide general assistance to the studio team as needed, including fetching props or equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of photography equipment and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
