Job Description    

• The Divisional Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operations Team to ensure optimum turnover and profitability results through executing the operations & Company strategy. To lead the operations team in providing superior customer service through merchandise presentation, staff motivation and development that are customer focused. The successful applicant will also need to have a successful track record in Divisional /Regional Manager experience and enable the brand to maintain and grow the above-mentioned portfolio in accordance with company strategies.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12 / Matric 
• Tertiary qualification  will be an advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

• Sound knowledge and experience in working with financial systems
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to develop the Team
• Ability to effectively plan, organize and control
• Experience in developing and controlling budgets
• Analytical ability 
• Ability to communicate with people on all levels
• Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of applicable Labour legislation
• High level of integrity / Initiative
• Valid driver’s license with extensive travel

• Ensure store layouts within the Division are in line with company standards
• Ensure merchandise opportunities are maximized through management of inventory
