    Digital Brand Manager

    • As a Digital Brand Manager, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that sits within our digital innovation hub, The Studio, and shape the future of our brands through digital innovation.
    • As a Digital Brand Manager, you are a brave and curious individual with a passion for digital marketing and a natural ability to lead project management for digital product and concept innovation.
    • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and innovations that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.
    • This exciting role will be based in Westville and report to the Digital Marketing Executive.

    Minimum Requirements    
    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

    Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on project management for product and concept innovation.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, CMS, email marketing, and analytics tools.

    Skills and Attributes

    • A fearless leader and a natural project manager, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing digital marketing campaign performance data and using insights to drive optimization.
    • Passion for the FMCG industry, with knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Champion the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for assigned brands, including social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Act as a fearless leader and project manager for digital product and concept innovation projects, driving creative ideation, prototype testing, and launch.
    • Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure all digital campaigns align with the overall brand strategy and messaging.
    • Analyze and report on digital marketing campaigns' performance, using data to drive insights and optimizations for future campaigns.
    • Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, sharing your knowledge and best practices with the organization.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
    • Have an insatiable curiosity for learning and experimentation, leading to continuous innovation and improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing and advertising.
