Day Shift Operator - Waltloo at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Work dayshift and overtime duties as and when required
• Could be required to work shifts during shortage
• Filling and emptying of bags
• Loading and offloading of bags/raw materials
• General housekeeping on plant
• Basic computer literacy
• Operate plant on their own after being declared competent
• Complete production process monitoring and records documentation as per process requirements
• Process monitoring
• Medically fit to work in a chemical environment
• Fit to work at heights
• Fit to work in confined spaces
• Be trained in SHE requirements
• Ability to be trained to drive forklift
• Plant housekeeping duties
• Adhere to all OHS Act requirements

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric (With Maths & Science)
• Chemical Operations NQF Level 2 advantageous
• General literacy
• Physically competent
• Basic Computer Literacy
