Data Processing Specialist at Huntswood

Job Responsibilities

• Update data and information provided by clients and vendors to maintain communications with all interested parties.
• Assist with tickets and tasks from the client company.
• Provides information on the result of the performance of tasks assigned
• Responsible for strictly following and applying the established procedures and instructions for data processing, set by clients and end-users of the organization
• Carrying out outgoing calls and communication via email to vendors and clients on verification, correction, confirmation and data entry in systems
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality
• Complies strictly with the working hours, the internal Code of Conduct, and all internal regulations and instructions
• Responsible for the quality and timely performance of any other tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF level 4 required
• KPI’s / Performance are met consecutively for the past 3 months.
• No prior warnings
