    Data Analytics Intern

    Job Advert Summary
    The Data Analytics Intern will be responsible for the coordination and administration of HR Data Analytics in the Centre while supporting the team with internal communication that enables the exchange of information within the Hollard environment. The role forms part of the Centre People Team and works closely in collaboration and administration with a broad range of internal stakeholders and particularly the LMS, Internal Comms & Data Team to effectively update and inform employees with relevant organisational information, and to further support the People team on data analytics; reporting; campaigns coordination; administration tasks; and research required.

    Outputs
    Required Knowledge and Experience

    • Collection of data from all data sources, and collate for reporting purposes
    • Update monthly review report timeously
    • Coordinate, collate and ensure data integrity of all digital team dashboards & catalogues
    • Administer and maintain a selection of appropriate internal communication channels
    • Submit communication briefs through the right channels timeously
    • Support the HR Team in designing and developing communication materials for the Centre and content in line with briefs received
    • Support the HR Team in designing/co-create and update HR calendars
    • Ensure all communication is aligned to the Hollard brand requirements and guidelines
    • Actively engage with internal stakeholders to build and maintain relationships and to better interpret business requirements
    • Collaborate with the LMS team to design, develop and maintain Centre content
    • Administer Udemy License and LMS user access
    • Support HR Team with planning and implementation of events
    • Research and benchmark internal communication approaches and best practices to improve and support internal processes and practices
    • Complete all general administrative duties associated with the role inclusive of resourcing and record keeping
