Data Analyst - Replenishment Data at Pick n Pay Stores Limited

Job Advert Summary    

• To ensure master data replenishment parameters are aligned to business by ensuring accurate data quality.

Minimum Requirements    

• 2–3 years Retail Replenishment Experience
• 3-4 years Data Quality Experience
• 2-3 years experience on SAP and related systems

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Master Data Replenishment
• To set and maintain store logistics data, processes and transactions related to store logistics data
• Analyse and ensure store/DC logistics data is accurate according to SLA
• Manage Helpdesk calls
• Action all the helpdesk and portal -calls relating to Stores/Distribution Centres logistics data received according to the SLA
• Data Maintenance
• Ensure master data replenishment parameters are accurate and aligned to business rules
• New store replenishment setup
• Set-up new store replenishment parameters according to the new store listing from the Site Master team to ensure all errors are actioned before the “go live” date
• Replenishment Data Quality Management
• Ensure that data quality is above 99.7% as per the data rules in SAP information steward and that data is aligned to business rules as per SLA
• Replenishment supporting tables
• Maintain supporting tables weekly and check that vendors exist in the Calendar table.
