Customs Clearing Coordinator at Bidvest Tank Terminals

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Customs Affairs Diploma or equivalent
• Four years general experience in a Customs Clearing environment with good knowledge of Customs Affairs
• A good working knowledge of South African Customs Legislation
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Cargowise would be advantageous
• Experience on SAP would be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

• Framing and invoicing of Ex-Bond Bills of Entries (XIB, XRW, XGR, XIR, XDP)
• Ensure that all XIB and XRW E-Bond Bills of entry are acquitted
• Frame and invoice Imports and Exports movements timeously, correctly and efficiently
• Maintain and safe keep of Rebate permits
• Capturing of Cargo Dues
• Ensure that all Import shipments have signed Customs Clearing Instructions
• Ensure that all outstanding bonded movements are framed or accounted for
