    • To provide exceptional Customer Service and uphold the company values with the community

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matriculated
    • At least 2 years relevant work experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of excellent customer service.
    • Written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Well informed on issues relating to customer service, and the business
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Flexible and willing to assist whenever required.
    • Willing to work flexible hours as per the needs of the business – including shifts and Sundays as necessary, as well as stock takes as required
