    Customer Service Agent Skills Programme Opportunity

    Job Purpose    

    • The learners will be equipped to provide an excellent quality service to customers in respect of passenger handling services.  
    • The learners will be able do assist passengers at all areas of the airport by providing professional customer service.

    Principal Accountabilities    

    • Performing a wide variety of duties at departures, boarding gates, arrivals, baggage; including the verification of travel documents and assisting special need passengers and premium passengers within the airport environment
    • Assist passengers with queries 
    • Adhoc duties as requested by team leader

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Matric/Grade 12 is essential
    • Travel and/or Tourism subject within matric is an advantage
    • Fluency in English is essential with a pass rate of 60% and above
    • Basic Computer literacy

    Knowledge and Skills    

    • Knowledge of Airport Operations will be an advantage
    • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • Listening skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
